Publishing

Whilst the original Florida Group of Music Companies was founded in 1953 and remained and grew under the baton of founder, Jeffrey Kruger, it was sold in 1979. In 1979, a new publishing operation was initiated and was called Songs For Today which was originally a SESAC company run from Nashville and leaned heavily towards a base of Christian songs. Concurrently a BMI company was formed and called Sublime Music

The original British Copyrights that TKO/Florida acquired although originally sold were reacquired in the early 1990's and now are all owned by TKO Inc for the life of copyright and for all territories of the world. Other catalogues or individual copyrights acquired by TKO are owned also, in the main, for life of copyright but not always for worldwide territories.

It is these songs and other recent acquisitions that form the base of our growing publishing division.

For the USA we own also for LOC some of the major Christian Worship and Praise Songs and these are from the catalogues of Whole Armor & Full Armor Publishing Companies originally founded by Award winner Randy Scruggs.

Recently TKO acquired World Wide ownership of a major Country Music catalogue Show Biz Music Inc and Monster Music from the Estate of its founder, Award winning songwriter, Nashville Producer, Bill Graham.

Latest acquisition is the songs of the Magnum Music Group which we own for the Western Hemisphere and for LOC.

To these wholly owned copyrights, TKO also administer (but do not own) over 75 major film scores and television themes for some of the major Hollywood independent film production companies
